AK55 Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

AK55 is open to individual players who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an AK55 employee.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by AK55 for a rule violation.

AK55 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any stage. This may include a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued document. Account access may be restricted until verification is complete. This is a standard process and is applied to protect all players on the platform.

Players are responsible for understanding whether online gaming is permissible under the laws applicable to them in their location. AK55 does not provide legal advice and does not claim any government-issued licence or regulatory approval from any Pakistani authority. Players use the platform entirely at their own discretion and risk from a legal standpoint.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Creating an Account

To use AK55, you must create a single account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact information and a secure password. You agree to keep this information accurate and to update it promptly if anything changes.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one active account at AK55. Attempting to create additional accounts — whether under a different name, email address, phone number or device — is a breach of these terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, AK55 will close all associated accounts and void any pending or recent withdrawals at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. AK55 will never ask for your full password via chat, email or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

AK55 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

2.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. AK55 reserves the right to apply an inactivity notice and, after a reasonable period of notice, to close inactive accounts. Any remaining balance in a verifiably inactive account will be handled in accordance with procedures communicated to the registered contact at the time.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

All deposits on AK55 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly. In rare cases involving bank processing delays, funds may take longer to appear. If a deposit does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent misuse of funds. Withdrawals in PKR are supported via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

AK55 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own processing charges — please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider directly. Processing times vary by method but AK55 aims to approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Verification requirements may cause delays if your account documents have not yet been confirmed.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for your chosen method.
• The withdrawal method must match or be consistent with your deposit method.

AK55 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals. This is a standard safeguard and applies equally to all players regardless of account history.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The required wagering multiplier varies per promotion and is clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Until wagering is complete, bonus-derived funds remain non-withdrawable.

Wagering contributions differ by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, depending on the promotion. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

AK55 monitors all bonus activity. Patterns that indicate systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or claiming bonuses using mismatched identities — constitute bonus abuse. AK55 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts where abuse is confirmed.

4.4 VIP Programme

The AK55 VIP programme rewards regular players with enhanced benefits at higher tiers. VIP membership and tier progression are managed at AK55's discretion. AK55 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, eligibility criteria or the programme structure with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AK55 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or technical faults for financial gain — any winnings obtained this way will be voided and the error reported for investigation.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or using stolen card or wallet details.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, money laundering or criminal activity under applicable law.
• Abusing customer support staff or engaging in threatening, harassing or offensive behaviour toward AK55 staff.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Force majeure events including but not limited to power failures, natural disasters or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

In all cases, AK55's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the dispute arises.

8. Changes to These Terms

AK55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform or through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
